A Handover Ceremony and Courtesy Call by Ambassador H.E Constanza Figueroa from Chile was held at the Jamaica Library Service Headquarters on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. A tour of the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Library was also conducted as part of the Courtesy Call.

  • Three (3) copies each of the title: “Magellan’s Voyage illustrated” and “Encounter Between Three Worlds: 500 Years After the First Circumnavigation of the Earth” These books will be donated to the Jamaica Library Service.
  • One copy of Under Water: Chile Submarino by Eduardo Sorensen was also donated.

Ambassador H.E Constanza Figueroa and two team members from the Embassy of Chile in Jamaica were in attendance.
