To attend this conference, you may register online or download the Registration Form.  The registration will be processed once full payment has been received. Please note that all persons who are attending the conference must register.

The registration fee entitles full-time delegates to the following:

 >  Admission to all conference sessions/workshops
 >  Entry to the exhibition
 >  Official Conference Programme
 >  Conference package, including name badge
 >  Coffee breaks
 >  All evening activities

Fees

EARLY BIRD    (paid by November 30, 2008)

JUST IN TIME   (paid after November 30, 2008)               

Registration fees do not cover insurance or accommodation.  Travel insurance is recommended.

Changes and Amendments to Registrations

Changes to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone.  Please fax, post or email any amendments or changes to the Secretariat, e-mail: conference@jls.org.jm or fax: 876-926-2188.

Registration Deadline

After January 30, 2009, pre-registration will close and all new registrations can only be done on site at the Conference.

A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your payment in full.

Payment of Fees

Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been secured at the Conference Hotel, the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort in Ocho Rios. 

The following room rates per night include all meals

Single occupancy          US$180.00 per room/night

Triple occupancy          US$320.00 per room/night

All attendees are responsible for their own charges.
