The Jamaica Library Service has the right to immediately alter or cancel, without prior notice, the Conference or any of the arrangements, time tables, plans or other items relating directly to the 60th Anniversary International Conference caused by reasons beyond their control.  The Jamaica Library service shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be put in writing to the Conference Secretariat.  There will be a 75% refund until January 10, 2009.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
